Traditional suppressors add length, weight, and increase gas blowback when used on direct impingement rifles. To address these problems, many AMTAC Suppressors feature an over-barrel design that integrates a high-volume initial blast chamber attached to a short, single-piece baffle structure.

Our over-barrel designs add only 3.7” to a rifle’s overall length—for easy maneuverability in tight places and brings the weight closer to the center of the rifle to reduce fatigue and speed up target transitions.
